MahJonggdotClub aims to be a customer-friendly company. We thank you for choosing to do business with us.

Hybrid Classes require a minimum of 4 students, or a minimum payment of $620 if less than 4 students. MahJonggdotClub is not responsible for providing students to fill your selected class option. Please email roanne@mahjongg.club if you would like to arrange an in-person class option with less than 4 people.

CANCELLATIONS

Life happens. In-person Mah Jongg depends on multiple players around the table so you are encouraged to minimize cancellations as much as possible, espcially on short notice.

In-person event: 24 hour cancellation notice is needed for a refund. If cancelled less than 6 hours ahead of event start, no refund will be issued, however you may move your booking to another date.

Virtual event: Please cancel via the email confirmation you received when you booked. That will cancel the event on my calendar as well. If it is less than 6 hours prior to the start time, please call 201-844-8126.

EXPIRATIOINS

Virtual or in-person sessions expire 6 months from date of purchase. (effective 7/30/26)

REFUNDS

Refunds are based on several factors. Some products contain digital products and an order of a NMJL card. MahJonggdotClub cannot return or refund this card order once it has been placed. Refund options are listed below.

No refund will be issued for the American Mah Jongg Basics Virtual or ecourse.

For American Mah Jongg Basics Hybrid, $100 will be refunded if you cancel before the first in-person session.

League fee: refunded until the starting day.

Physical products will be replaced or refunded. The final determination is up to MahJonggdotClub.

Refunds are made to the original form of payment. MJdC's payment processor can take up to 3 business days, and the transaction may take 5 to 10 business days to settle with your banking or credit institution.

Overpayments in error will be refunded minus a fee of 2.9% + $0.30. That amount is the credit card processing fee that is charged and NOT refunded to MahJonggdotClub when we issue a refund.
